Dispatch

At eplanita we store our stock at Amazon warehouses and this is from where you order will dispatched. Since Amazon handles our dispatch, your order will come in an Amazon packaging. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Hermes or Amazon.

Free Returns

We will refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Please make sure your items are securely packaged, and keep proof of shipping as we can't be responsible for your goods while in transit.
